  • Items requiring a refund or an exchange must be notified within 7 days of product arrival.
  • Shene Distillery does not accept refunds or returns if you have changed your mind. Please choose and purchase items carefully.
  • We encourage you to get to know your distiller. If there is any issue with a Shene Distillery product or the state of the product as a result of postage and handling, please contact Shene Estate.
